We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Enterprise Marketing Programs Team as Director of Marketing Operations. This person will be charged with the ownership of the global marketing budget and operations reporting into the Sr. Director of Enterprise Marketing Programs. This individual will also work closely with our marketing leadership, finance and commercial analytics team to define and track overall marketing effectiveness, KPIs and develop executive level dashboards to reflect overall marketing performance to plan. The ideal candidate will have a proven background of success in a large organization, be well organized, and possess a thorough understanding of marketing, analytics, finance and operations.

Highly communicative and collaborative across the marketing group and with various business units and functions
Strategic perspective, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement across marketing programs and operations
Excellent organizational and project management skills, keeping complex programs on track
Experience harmonizing and managing marketing calendars and reporting (i.e., annual plans, management operating plans, quarterly operating reviews)
Strong writing and data visualization skills, to simplify marketing strategy and KPIs for executive level summaries, dashboards and other marketing operations updates
Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
Expert proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Work with leadership team to develop, implement, and direct high-level marketing, strategies and plans. Oversee marketing activities for assigned strategic business units or areas, spanning market intelligence, customer engagement, sales enablement, market awareness, and demand generation.
Develop corporate dashboards to measure and communicate core accountabilities and progress, including sales and campaign effectiveness.
Work with marketing management team to develop and maintain orchestrated team marketing calendar and identify overlapping initiatives.
Evaluate market reactions to marketing programs, adjusting marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Maintain a strong understanding of external market, technology, and competitive dynamics, and use data-driven insights researches targeted market to identify growth opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or similar field required; MBA preferred
10+ years experience managing and leading marketing operations, budgets, and Marketing Return on Investment
7+ years experience in strategic business planning.
5 years experience in business to business (B2B)
Experience in hiring, training, developing, managing and appraising personnel.
Ability to communicate with all levels of organization.
Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in design and execution of marketing communications activities.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Excellent project management skills and ability to handle wide range of concurrent activities, including managing outside vendors.
Ability to travel 0-25% of the time
