Reuters has an exciting career opportunity as a Director, Revenue Operations who will be responsible for managing a team of specialists in ad platforms, revenue products, and trafficking operations. This role will collaborate closely with technical product management and yield leaders on strategy and will own the management and evolution of Ad Operations strategy.

About The Role

As our Director, Revenue Operations, you will:
Lead and develop an Ad Operations team delivering flawless direct and ad execution across media properties. Includes day-to-day team management, as well as goaling, coaching, and fostering career development.
Oversee all aspects of the launch and delivery of all media for our advertisers, to ensure revenue commitments and client expectations are met and exceeded.
Implement effective and efficient processes and technical solutions to manage and monitor the measurement and optimization of all campaigns against client performance goals, and report client performance.
Assumes a leadership role working with internal stakeholders at Reuters, and is expert at effectively partnering and collaborating with other divisions in the organization
Identify and develop operational initiatives to open new streams of revenue.
Develop business cases for and prioritize product feature requests to inform the product roadmap and drive enhancements for internal and external users.
Lead Ad integration, management, and optimization in partnership with Product, IT, and Programmatic leads to ensure best in class tech stack and ad delivery experience for our clients, advertising partners and agencies.

Strategic thinker and comfortable working across a variety of platforms and systems
Be a solutions-oriented problem-solver who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get to the right answer or resolve an issue and is focused on performance driven outcomes for our global clients
Customer obsessed to insure excellent client experience and service pre, during, and post
Exceptional management skills and business acumen that is leading the advertiser growth and development area of Reuters business
