Position Summary:

Are you a strong strategic problem solver who can understand how the sales team and customers interact from a quoting and buying perspective? The Senior Manager Commercial Enablement, CRM and Digital Technology is responsible for leading our sales tools and processes ( (SFDC), Configure / Price / Quote (CPQ), reporting). This role will coordinate the development, implementation and utilization of our sales tools in coordination with IT and in partnership with global Marketing, Sales and Commercial Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Build Commercial Systems Roadmap that aligns with our Commercial Destination Journey and Sales strategy
Bring in standard methodologies, new tools and technology to accelerate sales team success like digital infrastructure to AI, machine learning and apply them to the commercial roadmap.
Identify, resource and lead execution on projects on the roadmap like SFDC improvements and CPQ roll out
Establish business reporting and analytics to supervise tool utilization and leverage best practices.
Contributing member of the group SFDC and CPQ Steering Committee to ensure tool deployment and improvements are recorded, prioritized and actioned in alignment with global business needs.
Develop and implement governance policies and procedures to ensure data is defined and maintained efficiently.
Partner with IT team to deliver SFDC / CPQ functionality consistent with Steering Committee guidance.
Establish training and support tools to facilitate effective SFDC / CPQ tool utilization by user community.
Provide oversight and direction to the team, Coach, mentor, and develop staff.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Demonstrates a strong thoughtfulness, personal drive, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
Experienced in implementing integrated systems and processes in a cross-functional operating environment.
Works cross-functionally and across geographic boundaries, and effectively influences and partners. Relates well to a wide variety of people, listens and builds constructive relationships, uses diplomacy and tact. Shows creativity and innovation in presenting ideas and overcoming organizational resistance.
Proven project management skills and ability to drive across multiple team members
Solid understanding of and other CRM tools. Knowledge and experience with SAP preferred along with web-based configuration tools.
Ability to travel 10 – 20% (including international travel)

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred, a high school diploma is required
8+ years of relative work experience is preferred
3+ years of leadership experience in a matrix environment is preferred, management or supervisory positions are preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well within a matrixed environment, and an ability to build solid relationships/make connections across the organization
