Job Description

As Director of Revenue Operations, your strategic, methodical, and analytical approach will help drive the effectiveness and efficiency of the revenue funnel. You will report to the VP of Revenue and oversee the Revenue Operations team with a focus on maintaining and optimizing the revenue funnel to drive revenue growth through both process and system management. No task is too big or too small in this fast-paced environment. In this high-exposure role, you will work outside the core team with members of other departments including leadership from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Account Services, and Product.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic insights and roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue-related processes and tools.
Increase self-sufficiency and scalability of function by developing scalable processes and workflows and creating and updating documentation around them.
Lead the Revenue Operations team by providing direction, maintaining focus, and empowering autonomy of team members.
Oversee and optimize Salesforce CRM and related revenue systems (e.g. LeanData, Outreach, Gong, Groove, Docusign, Salesforce CPQ, CaptivateIQ, Lanefour, Hubspot, and ZoomInfo).
Own end-to-end revenue operations processes including data enrichment, account, and territory assignments and management, routing of leads and contacts, quote to cash processes, ensuring accuracy of CRM data.
Work closely with Finance to monitor and report on revenue funnel metrics (by rep, territory, overall and other segmentations) and use data to drive actions and projects and measure performance.
Enable autonomy of reps to navigate systems and processes through training, enablement materials, and automation with system guardrails to enforce policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
5+ years revenue operations experience with at least 3 years in management positions mentoring and guiding development of team members.
Highest levels of integrity, character, and professionalism in all business dealings.
Hands-on experience creating and maintaining revenue operations systems and processes.
In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and experience successfully expanding on those capabilities through automation (e.g. flows) and/or integration with external systems.
Strong problem-solving and creative skills, plus the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses from numerous sources.
A “roll up your sleeves” approach to driving execution and be an action-oriented self-starter who can set strategy.
The ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with working large datasets and building automation.
Knowledge of key SaaS metrics including ARR, Renewal Rate, Net Revenue Retention, etc.
Salesforce.com Administrator certification
Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, LeanData, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gong, Hubspot, and DocuSign.
