SEI technology and investment solutions are delivered through SEI developed Platforms and applications and some select industry leading third party components. SEI’s Platforms and Applications enable outsourcing solution for financial services intermediaries encompassing wealth processing services, wealth management programs combined with business, operations and technology processes expertise. We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join us in this mission for the Global Private Baking market unit, with a focus on strategic planning, global go to market strategies, channel partnerships, cultivating executive relationships, client engagement and servicing. Together with other members of the executive team, you will define and execute the private banking strategic growth plan, focusing on expansion to new customer segments and partnerships, while ultimately strengthening client engagement. You will also be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of expanding revenue streams.

Critical to SEI’s business strategy, innovation and future growth all consistent with our core values, this individual will help SEI achieve success through vision, strategy design, and leadership of global sales, client relationship management, client services and employee workforce development.

What You Will Do
Learn about SEI’s solutions, products and services offerings
Learn about current state of global Private Banking market unit solutions, products, service, roadmap, in-flight initiatives, existing client base, associated revenue, upcoming contract renewals and sales pipeline
Partner with other members of the executive team to define, refine and execute the strategic plan, develop future plans and go to market strategies for Global Private Banking growth
Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the unit’s revenue-generating teams
Manage global sales, relationship management and service teams that can drive business growth across all customer segments and profiles, and share accountability with the marketing function for improving the individual customer experience and strategy
Collaborate with solution and sales consulting teams to establish scalable sales processes and standardize sales artifacts
Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding/maintaining strategic channel partners
Identify ways to enhance pricing and deal strategies and processes to maximize sales volume
Ensure that sales and revenue goals are met and exceeded.
Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of client engagement, client services and help our clients to grow their business
Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth as per the agreed goals
Research and evaluate new technology, techniques, and industry best practices
Establish executive level relationships
Establish and execute client success strategies
Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics
Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle
Collaborate with finance, product management, and marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals
Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions
Prepare and conduct sales presentations
Participate in contract negotiations
Develop and direct division forecast and budget

Position Requirements

What you bring to the table:
A minimum of 10 years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth in financial services industry
Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
Proven experience developing and executing business strategy
Significant general management and P&L experience
Ability to keep pace with change and adapt covering Business, Operations, Regulatory, Compliance and Technology in Financial Services industry
Excellent execution skills with ability to work at an extremely fast pace
History of decision-making based on business metrics
Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
Excellent collaboration, negotiation and crisis management skills
Ability to make trade-offs and work prioritization at scale
Strong experience with Salesforce and other commercial CRM tools
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
