The Commercial Excellence Lead – Respiratory & Gastroenterology is responsible for the consistent in-field execution of the global strategy in respiratory and gastroenterology with a mindset of continuous improvement. The primary focus with be our G10 markets however consistency of execution is also in scope within all launch markets.
In close collaboration with business operations, G10 markets, medical and marketing peers:
Harmonize and optimize the Dupixent commercial operating model including, SFE, CONNECT, implementation of segmentation and targeting, message delivery and customer engagement.
Facilitate the right implementation and help for the execution working cross functionally with business and marketing analytics and medical
Accountable to lead the STEM audit and operate with a continuous improvement and external benchmarking mindset
In partnership with marketing peers and business intelligence, ensure local message alignment as per Global strategy in an MCE environment and provide support if necessary
Propose and align on what are the priorities in terms of upskilling. Accountable for the implementation roadmap in partnership with countries and HR. Specific areas of focus: commercial training from therapeutic area knowledge to selling skills, specific training program for district managers to support infield execution, others to come based on the insights coming from the Strategic Workforce Planning initiative
Support a high-performance culture via incentive scheme in partnership with senior management and Global HR
Ensure brand consistency with the dermatology team and leverage Sanofi resources where appropriate. Promote / share good practices across Dupixent teams.
Bring outside-in good practices
Commercial acumen and able to operate in a complex and regulated environment
Deep executional experience in a local or global capacity
Strong communicator and high persuasive skills
Highly Accountable and well organized
Able to work the matrix, leverage network and shows strong leadership without authority
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work with the affiliates in the Global to local model
Minimum requirements: BA or BSc; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
Minimum 10 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Successful roll-out of selling models
Experience in global and/or local operations roles (large market preferably)
Experience in business operations or US in-field manager experience can be a plus
