This role is part of Jellyfish Customer Success: a global team of ad tech specialists who design and support the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) tech stack implementation. As a certified reseller of the GMP stack, the Customer Success team leads the discovery of client needs and determines the optimal approach to unify their digital technology, consolidate measurement, and lay the foundation for exceeding their business goals.

Strategic Customer Success Managers are on the frontier of driving our partner technology platform (Google Marketing Platform) adoption and long-term product usage. We work to future-proof our Clients by ensuring they stay at the advanced leading edge of product capabilities. In this role, you will be proactive and drive real impact via project management, problem-solving, communicating, and staying advanced with marketing technology for data collection, measurement, and media activation.

 

Working with a portfolio of clients, you will act as a trusted advisor and partner with a mix of advertiser and agency customers. You will be responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction measured by Net Promoter Scores, and driving organic growth opportunities from your portfolio of clients. You will help clients to get the most out of the partner technologies we support and identify opportunities to consult clients on expansion to other partner and proprietary technologies as well as Jellyfish services.

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients and accountability for NPS scoring for your clients
Lead project management for the implementation of our Google Marketing Platform products.
Work closely with partners and agencies to deliver solutions and use cases to our customers and drive positive business outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across Sales, Analytics, Media, and externally with our partner teams at Google.
Drive increased advertising investment on media platforms through enhanced measurement and audience insights from Google Marketing Platform.
Build and maintain a knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform and related products across Salesforce, Liveramp and Jellyfish proprietary technologies.

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Understanding of AdTech landscape, programmatic platforms (DSP’s), and paid media strategy.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across ad operations and finance.
Ability to recommend appropriate technology, data solutions, & tactics to meet or exceed client KPIs.
8 years of customer-facing experience, working with executives, and driving customer transformation programs.
Experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, and defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
Demonstrated strategic and analytical business approach to building customer relationships.
Experience collaborating with or in a team setting, both internally and externally.
Experience with online media buying strategies and platforms (Demand Side Platforms, Analytics tools, and Enterprise Search Management systems)
Demonstrated experience working with SaaS Statements of Work

 

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

Experience across Google Marketing Platform, (e.g. DV360, Google Analytics, SA360, Campaign Manager).
Hands-on experience working in Demand Side Platforms, or other media buying platforms (Google Ads, Facebook)
Experience with advanced measurement solutions, such as Ads Data Hub.
Familiarity with Google Cloud and BigQuery
Ability to act proactively to influence partner stakeholders and drive impact.

This is a full-time position (This is not contract, or contract to hire).

 

 

 

The salary bracket for this opportunity is: $150,000 – $190,000 per annum
