Position Summary

The Director or Sr Director is responsible for partnering the Business Unit GM on all sales related matters and manage a team of sales operations analysts with a focus on Go-to-Market formulation, org planning, operations, P&L tracking, business reviews budgeting and forecasting.

Basic Qualifications

Prior strategy and operations management for global enterprise software organizations, IT companies or consulting firm
Management experience
Degree or prior experience in Management, Economics or Finance
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize while meeting deadlines
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Excellent interpersonal skills from communication and listening to attitude and deportment
Proven problem-solving capability and analytical acumen
Demonstrated credibility, professionalism and decisiveness
Experience working with executive leadership across sales, marketing, operations, product development and services
The candidate must be comfortable and effective in communicating and presenting to executive management. Superior planning and management skills are a must with track record of results is a must.

Prior software, SaaS or ERP industry experience
Solid written, verbal and presentation skills
Ability to adjust accordingly and assist with change management initiatives
Experience using a CRM system and BI/Analytics tools
Advanced Microsoft skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

A Day In The Life Typically Includes

The primary role will be to support the BU GM and Sales Leadership in the following key areas:

 

Work cross-functionally to develop the GTM strategy and lead budgeting, planning, quota setting, and P&L reviews
Work with GM’s to oversee weekly forecasting; assist management in assessing risk, upside and accuracy
Drive to maximum field capacity and support the talent management lifecycle across recruiting, onboarding and performance management
Be ready to develop and own new or special projects or programs critical to the business, and integrate into the operating cadence.
Manage a team of analysts to
Orchestrate priority reviews with key business stakeholders and drive associated action plans
Review KPIs with GM’s and adapt execution as necessary to address risks
Launch and operationalize corporate projects into the field
Drive continuous compliance & improvement in the execution of the Infor Sales Methodology
Enforce the field Rules of Engagement and field policies/procedures
This position requires a strong communicator who can lead through coaching, a facilitator for resolving issues or challenges both within a team and/or other departments, coordinator of work flow and problem solver. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented and able to adjust quickly in a rapidly growing and dynamic group. Alignment of integrated marketing campaigns by connecting industry strategy, content, and field marketing.
Centralized source to connect Infor stakeholders for sales execution, BDR enablement, product readiness, and customer success with evidence.
Maintain partner relationships, ensure enablement, and connect with sales opportunities where partners will help us win.
Maintain a high and accurate knowledge level of business concepts, business processes and efficiency factors in order to determine ways to increase performance and business excellence for prospects. This will include a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape.
Develop and implement go to market strategies for customers including net new prospects, with unique value propositions by customer segment.
