Chief Revenue Officer – Crypto Firm – Remote
Manage relationships with liquidity providers in the digital asset space
Manage liquidity provisioning for the exchange
Build complex products consisting of digital assets (Stablecoins/Cryptocurrencies/Tokenized Commodities)
Experience in structured products, indices, creating and marketing investment products
Experience creating and executing on revenue models, GTM strategy, own the process
Manage global relationships, revenue pipeline, sales team leadership
Manage OTC trading desk
Develop matrices for analyzing sales performance and must regularly measure and analyze productivity and effectiveness of sales efforts
Setting direction for product road map and pricing strategies, understanding and creating market positioning and competitive advantages, and determining budget trade-offs with a goal of continually improving and developing sustainable results.
Hire, train and retain a highly skilled, diverse and effective team
Own the P&L, Ensure that the organization and its leaders are delivering ‘investable plans’ for each planning cycle (short, mid, and long-term)
7+ years of successful revenue/sales leadership with experience scaling and managing all aspects of the P&L
Seasoned executive with experience building models, conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis, and reporting against models
Proven ability to clearly communicate strategy and ambition to multi-disciplinary teams and across cultures.
Provide a good balance of risk taking and judgment in decision making.
Ability to coach, grow and influence others in a highly fast paced and diverse environment in terms of organizational culture, experience and seniority
Roll-Up-Your-Sleeves attitude with the necessary drive and work ethic to maintain high velocity as the company grows
