Human Interest is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and growth minded Head of Marketing Operations who will own our marketing technology stack, data collection, marketing automation, and be the meshpoint between marketing and our revenue and product operations partners.
Reporting to the VP of Growth, the Head of Marketing Operations will build and manage a team of operations professionals. This role sits within the broader Experiences organization and will work closely with the Growth Marketing, Brand & Content, Product Marketing, Product Design, Data, Revenue Operations, and various product teams to power bookings and revenue growth at Human Interest.
What you get to do every day
Hire, lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of marketing operations professionals
Partner with Sales Development teams to manage and improve our inbound lead flow
Own our marketing metric definitions, and reporting requirements together with Data and Revenue Operations teams
Partner with Demand Generation and Data teams to design and optimize the ideal MarTech stack
Manage marketing audiences across platforms, including but not limited to Marketing Automation, CRM, Advertising, CDP, and product database
Partner with Growth and Website teams to design data flows that allow for highly personalized experience and reliably measure experiments through the sales funnel
Partner with Lifecycle Marketing Manager to launch automation to improve our email marketing programs.
What You Bring To The Role
5+ years of marketing operations with proven success in B2B direct sales organizations
Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo is a must
Deep understanding of Salesforce standard and custom objects a must
Prior experience growing and scaling a high-performing team
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies including paid media offline measurement, 1st party advertising audiences, and a/b testing measurement
Experience with various other marketing technologies like enrichment, ABM, chat, webinar, lead routing, and sales engagement platforms

Compensation – The salary range for this role is between $130,000 – $172,000. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, and may vary by location. Exact compensation will be determined by the candidates’ skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
