Direct and develop all sales activities, including developing sales goals and objectives in line with the strategic business plan
Maximize loan (commercial, residential mortgage, and consumer) and deposit growth through effective planning, development and implementation of business development strategies
Grow the loan portfolio with sound, profitable lending relationships from Western Ohio
Meet with high net worth customers as required to gain/expand their relationship with the bank
Hire, develop, and lead the sales team
Oversee customer relationship growth

Here Is What Our Client Requests
10+ years of leading retail and/or commercial sales
Experience developing, training and leading sales teams
Direct lending and lending/sales management experience
Comfortable calling on customers
Strong decision making and organization development skills
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, team and communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience managing functions and staff
A history of meeting/exceeding production goals
It is a plus if you have consumer and commercial lending experience, and have worked in both a big bank and a community bank
