The Sales Enablement Lead will be a proven leader with exceptional organization, communication, training, and process skills. This person will have a strong track record of accelerating sales knowledge and comprehension for global sales teams. This individual will work cross functionally to improve sales productivity and outcomes by instituting best practices, developing and delivering best-in-class training, assets, tools, processes and communications across our global sales organization.
Design, create and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program (to include tools, processes, programs and accreditations) that ensures skills, knowledge and sales readiness of the GTM organization
Improve time to competency while reducing time to revenue through the execution of sales enablement program, including new hire on-boarding and ongoing sales training
Partner with GoToMarket Leadership to identify knowledge gaps across the organization, conduct ongoing needs assessments and roll out targeted programs
Facilitate a highly engaging learning environment utilizing latest technology & methodology including case studies, simulations, role plays, and other interactive methods
Leverage Product Management and Product Marketing where appropriate for content and share field input with these teams in order to optimize messaging & product direction
Create and manage sales enablement tools and enablement materials that support the sales force in their revenue generating efforts
Combination of 10+ years of sales enablement/sales training, enterprise sales, and sales operations experience, preferably within Security sector
Experience working in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making and commitment to excellence
Energetic, self-motivated individual who builds relationships
Empathetic to the day-to-day life of an Account Executive, with a keen eye to prioritize projects that will positively impact the success of the sales reps
Ability to harness technology and learning development strategies to create impactful training, creatively finding ways to engage with the sales force
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-departmental collaboration on strategic initiatives
Experience using sales technology such as SFDC, Seismic, WorkRamp, Gong.io , Brainshark and understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sales
