As the Senior Director of Revenue Operations Systems, reporting to the SVP, Revenue Operations, you will be directly responsible for all the tools, systems and processes around our core revenue operations tech stack, including but not limited to Salesforce, Marketing Operations, Sales Reporting and Analytics as well as compensation tools. You will manage a team of 3-4 individuals, and work cross-functionally with sales, sales enablement, marketing, finance and product operations.
Success in the role requires a team player approach, ability to deal with demanding internal customers, ability to work across the organization with disparate needs, and having the creativity and original thinking to ensure processes fit a need.
Manage the entire Rev Ops system roadmap and delivery, and contribute to planning all future platform initiatives
Documenting information and requirements and feeding back to stakeholders on progress and delivering as required
Ensuring seamless integration between systems and resolving issues quickly as they arise
Providing SME resources on Salesforce and associated systems & technologies, systemizing processes & driving adoption of business change amongst the user base
Develop processes and workflows to boost business performance.
BS/BA required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
10+ years of work experience required; project experience in Sales Operations for Tech/Saas companies OR equivalent experience in the Enterprise Software Industry with SaaS focus ideal
Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
5+ years of experience in managing and developing people ideally
Comfortable presenting and engaging with cross-functional teams and executive management.
Able to prioritize requests based on importance and timing for key decision making events
Ability to navigate through and communicate complex ideas effectively – verbally, in writing, and presentations
Additional Desired Skills
Experience with Salesforce CPQ
Proven experience running large projects to completion in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have executive presence.
A highly entrepreneurial “roll up your sleeves” mindset; excited about making an impact at a fast-growing company
Significant experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Qlik, Tableau)
Advanced analysis skills: expertise in working with large and unstructured data sets and building complex models. Deep understanding of Excel or equivalent analytical tools is a requirement, and experience with SQL is a plus but not required
