What we’re looking for:

You are a Partner Operations Analyst with at least 5 years of sales/partner operations experience. You will support the WW Partner Sales organization with the global standardization of business processes and metrics and the development of dashboards and tools to efficiently distribute information across the Partner Sales Organization.

Position Summary:

You will be responsible for combining technical skills and business acumen to improve Citrix’ global Partner Sales organization at Citrix. In this capacity, you will need to:
automate existing reports, improve upon existing business practices, and recommend scalable business process or reporting solutions as additional obstacles present themselves
define key success measures for actionable performance assessment and process optimization, interpretate data, identify trends and translate the analysis into recommendations to improve partner sales and partner programs effectiveness in alignment with overall business strategy
ensure that all standardized reports and dashboards are available and distributed to sales management
assist Partner Sales Management in periodic performance reviews and provide orientation and guidance by pointing out key findings and observations that help drive channel initiatives and the management of all major WW Channel Programs.
facilitate/support the annual planning and quota allocation process with the local sales force in accordance with the policies and tools set by Corporate
execute ad-hoc business analysis and present findings to the Partner Sales and Sales Ops leadership team for evaluation in their decision-making process.
support the ongoing evolution of planning and sales reporting functions with a focus on process improvement and expansion of complex analytical capabilities

Key subject areas include: Partner Programs, Partner Incentives, Partner Promotions, Partner Operations, Quota Setting, Pipeline, Bookings, Partner Territory & Account Management as well as Partner Sales Coverage and Productivity.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
Curate data across multiple data sources and complete in-depth data analysis to facilitate decision making for the partner organization
Analyze large data sets to identify trends and predict outcomes based on historical performance
Prepare ad-hoc analysis for delivery to Partner Sales Leadership
Pull data and drive analysis for Partner programs and promos modeling
Assist with the quarter close processes with Partner Sales leadership team
Identify, develop, and articulate compelling qualitative and quantitative business cases for metrics and reporting that are not currently measured and will add value to the sales organization.
Understand complex data infrastructure and creatively search for new ways to query and visualize data to present the Partner Sales organization with new metrics and data points previously unavailable
Determine potential impact to data and systems resulting from projects, enhancements, and production support initiatives
Continually work to identify new opportunities to improve existing processes, standardize and automate existing reports and to provide further insight into sales pipeline and forecast for senior sales leadership team
Develop advanced self-service dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Excel for sales leadership team.

Preferred Qualifications:
In-depth business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for highly complex reporting and metric development. Comprehensive knowledge of statistics as applied in a business environment.
Solid understanding of Partner programs, partner processes and partner ecosystem
Advanced SQL and Excel knowledge required
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) for data visualization required, with working knowledge of Tableau preferred
Knowledge of sales systems such as Salesforce preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to complete assignments given aggressive time constraints with high level of quality
Ability to work effectively with a variety of organization, management levels, cultures, and personalities
Outstanding oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills; ability to lead meetings internally and externally and executive briefings.
Highly motivated individual that is able to work independently, as well as participate on team projects

Basic Qualifications:
Requires practical knowledge of job area obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years; or a PhD without experience.

In the state of Colorado, the salary for this role generally ranges from $94,946 -$118,682 but may vary depending on your qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of this range.
