Responsibilities
Coordination/evaluation/establish processes for all disciplines (sales/service/operations) of our North America Sales & Service organisation in close collaboration/alignment with VP Global Sales and the local teams
Drive, support, establish and execute sales and service processes within the CRM system SFDC, like approval processes and key account management in close collaboration/alignment with our global commercial excellence team
Drive, develop, support and encourage additional market potentials to support future growth for all and across all product lines and services to support future growth opportunities
Drive, support, coordinate and manage strategy planning and business plan rollouts across all product lines and services
Drive, support and manage internal approval processes in close collaboration/alignment with VP Global Sales and the global commercial excellence team
Drive and support compliance processes
Drive, support and coordinate topics of discussion raised by sales
Actively drive and support the improvement of commercial excellence in the region of NA
Actively manage operations team and the various interactions with sales and service team

The position reports directly to the Vice President Global Sales.

Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of managing sales and/or service team within the analytical instrumentation market or equivalent
Experience in an international sales and service environment with well-established compliance and commercial excellence processes
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Goal oriented, self-motivated working style
Experience in applying good business practices to sales and service teams
Solid experience with MS office, SAP und CRM tools like SFDC
Willingness to travel in North America
French language of advantage, but not mandatory to support Canada
