Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by providing best in class, integrated products in the most intuitive, efficient and client friendly way while maintaining a forward-thinking mindset and risk management focus. RPWS is responsible for both the institutional and personal retirement capability set to include 401(k), Equity and Health Benefit plans for companies of all sizes as well as college savings, personal retirement planning, retirement income, insurance and estate planning for individuals. RPWS also provides tools and content that enables advisors and bankers to help their clients live their best financial lives.

The Sales Enablement team plays an integral role in defining and delivering the strategic vision for the sales organization. Specific responsibilities of the sales enablement team include:
Design, develop and manage performance reporting to maximize sales team effectiveness
Reviews national performance and identifies underperforming markets that require a formal plan to drive enhanced market execution, delivering data measurement to show progress
Identifies business trends and opportunities to inform strategic recommendations to optimize business results
Informs business strategy, objectives, and desired capabilities for the sales organization
Collaborates with business enablement team to align reporting to strategic shifts and deliver necessary business analytics
Coordinates sales metrics and distribution of reporting to leadership and key stakeholders
Works with specialist & sales support teams to ensure that necessary business protocols exist to optimize business integration and cross product sales
Designs and produces presentations materials that include sales results, findings and recommendations
Monitors and coordinates Workplace Solutions Team alignments and reviews

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Demonstrated success in developing an organized framework, building a plan and successfully executing
Proven track record of managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders involved
Experience creating and delivering presentations
An enterprise-wide thinker that engages in support of their company’s culture, outside of their own day-to-day role and responsibilities
